Description
In this piece, the viewer gazes at a three-dimensional portrait of Paschke, suspended in front of a rendered background he painted on the computer. Paschke's head was scanned with a CyberWare scanner at BVIS, University of Illinois at Chicago, where Ellen Sandor is an Adjunct Visiting Professor at UIC's School of Art and Design. Sandor's vision for this piece was to provide an environment that generates a collective artistic statement about the future of traditional art forms in the virtual world.
