This work has a great influence on my own work as an artist. As a student at SAIC in the late 70's I was exposed to the teachings of some of Mr. Paschke's friends and associates. His work remains my favorite of the group. Thanks for a great website.

My 'Glace' & 'Salad' partial half-sleeve dedicated to the work of Edward Paschke..

One more pieces of his art and the half sleeve will be complete. Cool

I can't believe I didn't know E.P. passed away. This site is really good and thanks to those that maintain it. I've loved EP's work since the mid 80's when I first saw "Hairy Shoes" at the Art Institute. He truly forged his own style and kept with it - NY art world be damned. I appreciate that in his late work he revisited his 60's & 70's era fantastic borders and patterns. I think he's up there with Ed Ruscha and Gerhard Richter as a cultural documentarian. Long live his art, style, and influence.

Ed Paschke's work always inspired me, especially during the 80s. My high school Art teacher (Fred Welborn) turned me on to E.P.'s stuff.

I notice that everybody I share Ed's work with, where ever in the world they may be, they all like his stuff. When the sky is bright and changing psychedelic colors, it must be Ed up there painting away!

I have always appreciated your father's unique interpretation of the world since I took a 2-D class with him at the School of The Art Institute of Chicago in the early 90's. He is an incredible gift to the world of art and he was an incredibly kind man. Thank you for maintaining this website.
